Join us for our 2023 Summer Reading Games(6/12-8/18)! The theme of 2023 is All Together Now.  To participate, sign up on our website, then create an account on READsquared at eastchesterlibraryny02.readsquared.com (Login starts on Monday, 6/12.)

We have two Summer Reading Games by ages: the Read-To-Me Game is for children still are primarily being read to (ages 0-5) and the Summer Reading Game is for kids (ages 5-11) who can read independently.

We also prepared many exciting programs for you to join (book clubs, magic/puppet shows, music programs, arts and crafts, cooking classes and STEM programs). Check out our 2023 Summer Reading Brochure for all the offerings and make sure you register online on our website.

Here are the basic rules: For both Summer Reading Games you will earn one point from either reading or attending a library program (virtual or in-person) for one hour. For every five points, you will earn a badge prize and get a chance for the grand prize raffle!
