One Pass per family at a time. (For the Frick Collection, a family may borrow two passes at a time.)

Effective September 18th, 2025: Due to high demand for Westchester Children's Museum and Empire Pass, for reservations made on or after September 18th, we will restrict to one per family per calendar month for these two passes. For example, if you make a reservation to pick up Westchester Children's on September 21st, you would not be able to make another reservation to pick up either Westchester Children's or Empire Pass again until October. This limit does not apply to any other passes on our list.

Museum pass reservations that are not picked up within 48 hours of the reservation start time will be automatically cancelled by the system. The "start time" is the time that the library opens on the day that you are scheduled to pick it up. So, if a reservation is made to pick up on a Thursday, and it is not picked up by Saturday at 10 am, it will be automatically cancelled. You are still free to make a reservation to pick up that pass on a date that is convenient for you!
